David Abramovich GLEIBERSON

Born in 1911 in Petrikov village of Polesie region, Belarusian SSR. Education: agronomist and economist. Graduated from the agronomic department of the Belarusian Agricultural Institute in 1935. Completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of the Belarusian Agricultural Institute in 1939 , and in 1940 defended the thesis. Acted as a first director of the institute in 1948.


Pavel Alexandrovich RUBTSOV

Born in 1903 in Sirotinskaya village of Volgograd region. Education: Electrical Engineer.  Graduated from the Department of agriculture electrification of the Moscow Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture in 1937. Defended the candidate of technical sciences thesis in 1948. Acted as a director of the Institute in 1949-1951.
 

Timofey Grigorievich DUKHOV

Born in 1918 in Barnaul. Education: Mechanical Engineer. Graduated from Department of Agricultural Mechanization at Kazakh National Agrarian University in 1940. The scientific degree of technical sciences candidate was awarded in 1949. Acted as a director of the Institute in 1951-1952 and 1954-1955.
  

Anatoly Alexandrovich TULINOV

Born in 1916 in Almaty. Graduated from Department of Agricultural Mechanization at Kazakh National Agrarian University in 1939. Defended the candidate thesis in 1951. Acted as a director of the Institute in 1953-1954.
  

Pavel Andreevich NIKOLAEV

Born on 20th of January 1906 in Novogorodskaya region. Education: Mechanical Engineer. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Mechanization of Socialist Agriculture in 1938. Defended the thesis in VIM in 1959. Under his supervision, the institute achieved serious results in the development of the machines and tools system for the field cultivation of the dry steppe and steppe zones, irrigated agriculture, mechanization of processes in sheep breeding, cattle breeding and in other directions. He was awarded by the title of Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Kazakh SSR. Acted as a director of the Institute in 1952-1953 and 1955-1970.
 

Isa Kipshakbaevich KIPSHAKBAEV

Born on 15th of January 15 in 1927 in the collective farm named after Abay, Syrdarya region of Kyzylorda oblast. Education: Mechanical Engineer, in 1948 graduated from Kazakh National Agrarian University. Studied in the full-time post-graduate course of the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences named after V.P. Goryachkin From 1950 to 1953. Awarded with the scientific candidate degree of Technical Sciences in 1953, approved in the academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Tractors and Vehicles in 1955. Elected as a corresponding member of the Kazakh Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1992, and since 2003 as an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Acted as a director of the Institute in 1970-1993. Under his supervision in the conditions of a planned economy, the institute achieved the greatest success for the entire period of its existence, which is confirmed by the awards of  the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and the CPSU Central Committee, 90 medals of the USSR VDNKh and VDNKh KazSSR.
 

Lesbek Seitbekovich SEITBEKOV

Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Acted as a director of the Institute from 1993 to 2002. Supervising KazRIMEA, he put a lot of effort to maintain the integrity of the enterprise during the difficult time of the transition period. He created a specialized council for the protection of doctoral and candidate dissertations. The personnel gain more experience under his supervision. He made a significant contribution to the development of concepts and scientific-methodological foundations for the design of technological processes and technical means in the field of mechanization of agricultural production. The non-waste technologies and complexes of machinery for processing karakul sheep breeding products were developed under his supervision and personal involvement, which include 10 types of machines. These technologies are implemented in more than 250 farms in Central Asia and Kazakhstan with a total economic effect of over 5 billion tenge.He was a member of the Academic Council of the RSE "SPC MA", a member of the dissertation council on the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations, he prepared 9 doctoral and 18 candidate dissertations.



Asan Bekeshovich OSPANOV

Born in 1961. Graduated from the Zhambyl  Hydro land reclaiming Institute in 1978, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor. Acted as a director of the Institute in 2002-2007. He established an accredited testing laboratory for the certification of agricultural machinery.

 

Vladimir Leonidovich ASTAFIEV

Born in 1958. Graduated from Chelyabinsk Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture in 1979, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor. Acted as a director of the Institute in 2007-2009.      Currently, the director of KazRIMEA Kostanay branch.
